For your convenience we offer not only daily apartment rent, but a long-term rent as well. For a long-term rent the following apartment categories are available.

STANDART

High season:

from 30.04.19 till 31.09.19

45 800 rubles per month.

Low season:

from 01.10.19 till 29.04.20

37 400 rubles per month.

The apartments of “Standard” category are suitable for 1-2 persons. Standard apartments (25 sq. meters) are suitable for 1-2 people.

 

The apartments compactly contain everything you need. They are equipped with kitchen, a dining area, and a bedroom. There are bed side tables, a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower.

 

Each apartment has a spacious glazed loggia.

Apartments Studio Standart

Area: 25 square meters.

Capacity: 1-2 persons.

At the conclusion of the Standart apartment rental agreement for a period of 6 months, a special rate applies.

 

The cost of a month's rent: 29 000 RUB.
Collateral payment : 25 000 RUB.

 

The price includes:

  • Internet
  • 1 cleaning with change of bed linen


The price does not include:

  • utility bills ( to be paid separately in the receipt)
  • additional cleaning with change of linen

 

The contract at a special price is concluded for a period of 6 months.

 

At the end of the contract, the security Deposit is returned to the tenant.

In case of early termination of the contract, the collateral payment is not refundable.

COMFORT

High season:

from 30.04.19 till 31.09.19

58 000 rubles per month.

Low season:

from 01.10.19 till 29.04.20

48 000 rubles per month.

The apartments of “Comfort” category (38-42 sq. meters) are suitable for a family of 2-3 people.

 

The apartments are fitted with a kitchen combined with a living room, and a separate bedroom. The layouts vary.

 

All apartments have a spacious glazed loggia.

When renting an apartment, you are provided with an Extended Service Package:

  • Rental of an equipped apartment, including dishes for eating, kitchenware for 2-3 persons, kitchen appliances (kettle, microwave, refrigerator, stove)
  • Bedding Set and Towels
  • Hairdryer
  • Washing machine
  • Iron, ironing board and clothes dryer
  • Weekly cleaning and bedding
  • Access to satellite TV
  • Wi-Fi with high-speed Internet
  • Security and access control
  • Utilities*

The contract is concluded for any period of 1 month. Rental step - 1 month.

* Utilities are included in the price of the apartment, for the amount not exceeding:
Standard – 4000 rubles;
Comfort – 5000 rubles.

 

Calculation of utility payments is according to the indications of cold-water meters, hot water meters, electricity. If the utility payments exceed significantly the aforementioned amounts, the difference can be deducted from the security deposit.

 

** When renting an apartment, a security deposit is paid equal to 1 month of the rental price, which is returned to you within 15 banking days after your leaving the apartment.

 

*** We draw your attention to the fact that according to the terms of the rental agreement, the final cleaning is carried out upon your leaving the apartment.


The price of the final cleaning is paid separately, it is not included in the total rental payment and is equal to the price for each apartment category:
Standard – 2000 rubles;
Comfort –  3000 rubles.
